Who are the people?

Paul Jackson
Paul has worked as a consultant and coach since 1995, and has worked closely with farm animals for over thirty years. His passion is enabling and supporting transformation in people and organisations – driven by a sense of what is possible, sustainable, and our ability to honour each other and our environment.

He has a wealth of experience in finding the questions that people didn’t dare ask – or didn’t even know were there to be asked. His work with Leadership with Horses creates the space for powerful answers and inspired commitment.

Paul is a Newfield Certified Coach, a Licensed Horse Dream Partner, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is qualified in Bar-on EQ-I (Emotional Intelligence) and has a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from INLPTA – and a part time farmer!

Sarah Jackson
Sarah has worked for the last ten years with children who have emotional and learning disabilities – either with horses or cooking. From her family farm she, and Christine Hudson, run the Unicorn Project – an Equine Assisted Learning programme for children and young adults.

Sarah is a practical communicator with incredible sensitivity to people’s interaction with horses. She is a qualified teacher, a certified trainer with Acorn2Oaks (Equine Guided Leadership Development) – and a part time farmer!
